Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

RTdefined Hair is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions, wigs, closures, or frontals once they have been shipped.

Please ensure your order details are correct before completing your purchase.

 

Order Issues

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. RTdefined Hair is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

RTdefined Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location.
